Organic Chicken Sausage Pan-Fried With Peppers and Pineapple:

Followed the recipe but it was WAY TOO salty.

Olive and Ham Pizza with Broccoli Crust and Sweet Potato Sauce

This pizza down  below is made with Daiya Vegan cheeze--pretty good once all cooked up with other flavors. I have heard from a reliable source that it tastes like puke by itself. :)

Cajun Chicken with Rice and Green Beans
(Bunches of Spices, No Breading, But TASTED Like Breading...):

Cinnamon Rolls, Courtesy of Real Sustenance, Awesome Allergen-Free recipes:

I used almond flour in these, but I don't think quite enough. So I will try again soon!

Second Cinnamon Roll attempt (More Successful! More Almond Flour, More Cinnamon, More Better):

These are cherry chocolate-chip cookies from Real Sustenance, but there is too much sugar in the posted recipe for high-altitude peeps. So, reduce the sugar if you live up high like me.

Thanksgiving dinner! Easier than I thought to be dairy and gluten free. The mashed potatoes have Earth's Best "butter" and rice milk. Everything else is easy-peasy. I did make some gluten-free biscuits with Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free flour, but they tasted very bean-y. Recipe tweaking in progress. ;)

Gluten-free, egg-free pancakes with RASPBERRIES!

This is from the Feingold diet--Un-Tomato Sauce. SO GOOD. But so weird, because it's made from beets and carrots. Why do these two things together taste like tomatoes? I have no idea.

Gluten-free, egg-free, milk-free Chocolate Zucchini Muffins:

Next we have gluten-free (white rice and bean flour instead), egg-free, dairy-free pancakes:

Because I am a giant fan of the 'hiding-veggies-in-things' cookbooks, these also have beets. The last ones had beets and squash and tasted yummy. Surprising, but true. This is everything-free zucchini bread:

This is salsa verde! My friend and I got all the ingredients from a local organic farm (which rocks!) but it wasn't happy in my belly. But Oh! So good. The picture kind of looks like a Lake of Snot, but it's not that, I swear. ;)

Here are some cookies made with flax meal (instead of eggs), applesauce (instead of butter), cashew butter (instead of peanut butter) and olive oil. Yum!

Even more successful cookies! Peanut butter, chocolate chips, some almond flour:
